Steven Cutts, Details (Landscape)

My attempt in this series is taking photographs where I concentrate on the textures and patterns in the landscape. Taking inspiration from the abstract imagery in aerial photography, my aim is to play with scale and reduce the landscape to its simplest of forms. This series has taught me to look at the landscape afresh and at the details that can so easily be missed.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
