Stephanie Mallen, My Seenery (Landscape)

I began an earnest relationship with photography in April 2015, after a lifetime of casual dalliance. When I look for a great shot, I look for a combination of intangible mood, arresting beauty and where possible, the interest of broken symmetry. This collection encapsulates the coolness of highland mist, the eeriness of of day-to-night ghostly tree, a dusky painted sunset and the intricacies of hidden images within knotted wood. I want viewers to wish they had seen more of what I saw, my seenery.
