Perfect for sport, nature or wildlife, the lens’ fixed maximum aperture of f/5.6 enables photographers to capture images from afar that are vibrant in colour and rich in detail, while the two Vibration Reduction (VR) modes excel in minimising image blur, ensuring crystal clear results.
Optical performance is buoyed by the incorporation of Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass elements which minimise chromatic aberration thereby reducing post production adjustment. The ‘normal’ VR mode provides up to 4.5 additional stops while the ‘sport’ mode is ideal for subjects moving unpredictably.
