Parker describes the set of images as “a series exploring the vast salt lake that is Lake Ballard”. The lake, an ephemeral salt lake in Western Australia, covers an area of approximately 49 km².
Australasia's Top Emerging Photographers is the region's main platform for discovering and showcasing photographers at the outset of their careers. The competition is open to emerging, student, and amateur photographers.
