Master First Person View (FPV) drone pilot, Paul Nurkkala is no slouch when it comes to flying drones, but has he taken things a step too far with his latest escapade, which he has titled, “Flight of the Year”.
Nurkkala, who custom-builds his drones, captured the dizzying footage of his craft flying around, inside, onto, and under a moving freight train in the USA. And if you’ve never seen a barrel roll, you’re in for a treat. The video was captured on a GoPro Hero5 Session, with the drone clearly out or line-of-sight, Nurkkala monitoring the action via FPV goggles.
But were his action reckless and illegal? Well, the Internet is clearly in two very separate camps – those that support his antics, and those very much opposed. What do you think?
To see what all the fuss is about, check out his “Flight of the Year”, which has been viewed almost a million times.
