The winners of the 2021 Prix de la Photographie, Paris (P×3) have been announced across eight categories: Advertising, Architecture, Book, Fine Art, Nature, Portraiture, Press, and Special. The PX3 Photographer of the Year 2021 is American photographer Jamie Johnson for her photo book, Growing Up Travelling. Its focus is on Irish Travellers that live in caravans on the side of the roads throughout Ireland, and their children's everyday lives. Her other accolades in the 2021 competition include Silver in Book/Documentary, Gold in Portraiture/Children, and 1st Place winner in Portraiture
Diana Cheren Nygren was named as Px3 Best New Talent 2021 with her work, The Persistence of Family. The images are composites of her old family photographs, photographs she took of her children, and the landscapes in which they grew up. In the 2021 competition, she was awarded Gold in Fine Art/Collage, 1st Place winner in Fine Art.
