A prize pool of more than $50,000 is up for grabs in the inaugural Illuminate Filmmaking Challenge 2021. Up to 30% of footage may be captured on smaller compact cameras, smartphones, or drones. In addition to the film, entrants are also required to provide a separate Behind the Scenes video comprising up to five minutes of footage.
Robert Gatto, Managing Director of Kayell Australia said: “Australia has a flourishing filmmaking community and this is an opportunity for them to showcase their exceptional talents and abilities by capturing a visual story that incorporates the ‘illuminate’ theme.”
