International Photography Awards 2022 winners revealed

From over 14,000 entries received worldwide, the top placegetters have been revealed in the annual International Photography Awards. Winners, runners-up, and 3rd place winners across 13 categories, for both professional and non-professional entrants have been announced. Competition categories included: Advertising, Analog/ Film, Architecture, Book, Deeper Perspective, Editorial/ Press, Event, Nature, Fine Art, People, Still in Motion, Special, and Sports.

Hossein Farmani, founder of the IPA, stated: "Photography is a language that speaks directly from the soul of the photographer to the heart of the viewer, and the powerful, beautiful, creative, and poignant images that were submitted to IPA this year – over 14,000 of them from 120 countries – show us how truly universal this language is. … I am immensely proud to be part of this incredible legacy, sharing these images with the world and hopefully encouraging a new generation of photographers to take up the mission—and the camera—in the years to come.”
