Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2021 call for entries

Entries are now open for the sixth edition of the Red Bull Illume Image Quest, the global adventure and action sports photography contest. The deadline to enter is 31 July.

Started in 2006, this year’s Red Bull Illume boasts a prize pool of over €200,000, along with the exposure and prestige associated with taking out a top spot. Ben Thouard, Overall Winner of the Image Quest 2019 said: “Not only was it an incredible journey, it has brought to me a lot of opportunities!”

Winners and finalists have the chance to share in prizes from the likes of Lenovo, SanDisk, Leica, and Black Diamond. Leica will offer a Q2 camera for every category winner and a Leica SL2 camera for the Overall Winner.

A judging panel of 50 renowned photo editors and photo experts will select 56 Finalists, 11 Category Winners, and one Overall Winner. The announcement will be made at the Winner Award Ceremony in November 2021.
