Walking in the Wild by Ken Duncan
Almost two decades in the making, Ken Duncan’s new book, Walking in the Wild, is devoted exclusively to wildlife imagery. The renowned landscape photographer trains his lens on wild animals from every continent, along with stories of his adventures in search of exotic wildlife.
“I’ve always had a fascination with wildlife,” Duncan says, “as it’s part of our natural world, which I love shooting. And for years I’ve loved the experience of wildlife photography, but I like to show the animals in the landscape. When some of my results became very popular as prints, my clients started asking me to produce a wildlife book. This book has been a real labour of love – over 15 years in the making.”
Walking in the Wild features some of Ken’s best-loved, spectacular fine art images plus many glorious new photos of wildlife from Australia and around the world. Images of exotic animals presented in a variety of formats, including Ken’s trademark sweeping panoramas
To celebrate the launch of Walking in the Wild, a new exhibition will open at Ken Duncan’s Central Coast Gallery on 14 November. Attendees can meet Ken Duncan in person on November 14 & 15 and 21 & 22.
