“A Bigger Splash” is a photo project capturing the lively spirit of the Songkran water festival in Bangkok, Thailand, celebrated as Thai New Year. I documented the entire festival in 2024, spanning three days of non-stop fun. Each photo tells a story of laughter, surprise, and friendships amidst the joyful chaos. Whether it’s people happily using oversized water pistols, kids enjoying buckets of water, or friends playfully splashing each other, these images capture the heart of this tradition where everyone unleashes their inner child.
