Venkatesh Kittur, Black Shouldered Kite preening (ANIMAL 2024)

While passing through Point Wilson in Victoria, I saw this magnificent kite perched on a dry tree hidden behind thick foliage. I was at a safe distance watching it calmly preen its feathers. It was a treat to watch.
