Kathy Brown, Blowies in Colour (ANIMAL 2024)

These common greenbottle blowflies are feasting on a discarded mango which provided a great opportunity for for me to have a go at macro photography for the first time and with a little colour. So interesting to see the beautiful metallic colours and form of these most disliked insects. Taken in my garden, Sawtell NSW.
