Paul Briggs, Bridges and Jetties (ART 2023)

Before aircraft and before trains, people, livestock and goods arriving in Australia or being transported from place to place had one thing in common - they would all touch land at a wooden jetty, or cross rivers on a wooden bridge. Wood ages, technology improves, and now the remnants of these once-essential transport aids slowly disappear under modernisation.
