Linlin Zhao, Encounter (SINGLE SHOT 2024)

I spotted this scene when I was at the Seaford Pier, Melbourne on a hot summer evening. The bird chirping on the seaside pier, the little boy who was so surprised by this unexpected encounter, the loving mother and sons, the warm afterglow of the setting sun – all of these make a beautiful picture of the harmonious coexistence between mankind and nature.
