Gregory Evans, Essential themes (Architecture)

Like finding the underlying theme in a musical composition, this collection aims to capture the essential design motif or critical visual idea in each architect’s work - the visual and structural themes which resonate through the structures. The criteria for selecting and composing each image was to find the best expression of the underlying visual design theme of each building, which the architect has repeated and explored throughout the work.
