Megan GARTH, Face-Off (Art)

Inspired by the creative portraiture of Lindsay Adler and my desire for continual evolution of my own art; I used this series to aid in developing new skills in photography and post production. These images were shot intentionally low in contrast to best facilitate what I intended to do in post production; namely highlight mapping and use of image layering. The combination of photography style and post has enabled each image to be unique in its own right, expressing an individual mood and feel.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
