Neen Magro, Fall Into Me (Art 2020)
In my experience flowers have come to symbolise a tribute to the love I receive. Their bloom, from tight buds unfolding to the most magnificent flowers, brings happiness and joy to all that behold it. However, I soon became witness to many seemingly blissful relationships with secreted pains that are held deep inside. Insecurities teased which bring on explosions of fury disrupting the peacefulness, momentarily; then back to the calm, where no one can see the sadness hidden away. This series arises from my experience and observation of these pained and fragmented relationships pondering what kind of sad love story their flowers would tell.
