Christine Goerner, Forestscapes (ART 2021)

In this forest of dead Mountain Ash, I see giant sticks, arranged so perfectly by nature they create a landscape of their own. The array of tree trunks creates an almost hypnotic pattern over the land. Their hatched lines, soften its curves and a moody colour palette enhances the surrealistic, mesmerising atmosphere within these multi-layered forest-scapes.
