Kevin Norris, Hanbok and Social Status (PORTRAIT 2024)

The Hanbok, or traditional dress is worn by South Koreans and dates back to the 16th Century. Most of the population own an outfit for ceremonial use and may demonstrate the wearers social standing. It is fascinating to observe and capture the personalities reflected in their bespoke outfits.
