Heather Raadgever, I Don't Want to Play Anymore (Art (2018))
A single nondescript day, among many others, all much the same. I awaken to find my existence a troubling circumstance. Particularly, notably, dishearteningly so. In sullen resistance, I pick myself up, and rummage for something in the bottomless nothing. My mind in it’s petulance repeating over and over, like a white flag in the distance, the words: I don’t want to play anymore.
