Melissa Martin, Imprompt-you (Portrait (ATEP 2017))

I chose these portraits as each of them where taken completely unprompted by me or the subject. I was either testing a new lens, speedlite or using the subject to get my camera settings before shooting an event. I feel they capture the subject as they are, in their environment and they are only aware of the camera either after the picture has been taken or seconds before.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
