Veronica Sorley, In the hands of Gods (SINGLE SHOT 2021)

The idea behind this composite was what has happened in the last year. The background city was a photo taken in Japan Tokyo before the outbreak of COVID in December 2019. Whilst in lockdown I amused myself with studio shots and this was set up primarily for this story. For over a year many people have felt helpless and have felt that much was out of their control and in the hands of gods. This is my interpretation of the last year.
