Timothy Lomax, Life After Three Eleven (DOCO 2021)
Nearly ten years on from the devastating tsunami that ravaged the Sanriku Coastline in Northern Japan, I travelled to the small fishing town of Kesennuma to document the progress that had been made over the years with their regeneration. Throughout the series I wanted to focus on the spirit of resilience that the local community clearly displays as well as share a small glimpse into everyday life after three eleven.
