Peter Hart, Lofoten Islands Panorama (Landscape 2020)

These series of panoramic images was taken during a recent photo shoot in the Lofoten Islands in Norway. The first and last image were stitched panoramas created from five overlapping vertical images. The second image was cropped from the original full frame image. The 3:1 aspect ratio was ideal for showing the magnitude and shear beauty of these locations. These images were captured with the limited light of the northern winter and between rolling storm fronts that frequently blanketed the scenes in a downpour or rain.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
