Dionisios Papas, Loosing My Humanity (Art 2020)

I recently finished reading the book by Yuval Noah Harari Homo Deus which stirred excitement yet concern about the future and our quest to upgrade humans into gods. It brought back memories of a 1920 sci-fi drama movie Metropolis which then inspired the concept for this shoot. There was an inter-title message at the end of the film that stated "The Mediator Between the head and the Hands Must Be the Heart". The expressions of the model show a human side where's she is a cyborg on the outside.
