Kieth Murray, Marcus and Mani (PORTRAIT 2021)

Marcus is my model and worked hard with the mannequin who we have named Mani. I have used Mani a lot over time as a prop to help me organise myself for portraits, but this day she joined with Marcus and became part of the portrait. A day of photographing around the pool produced a large number of photos. It was the intention to create colour, and these photos were selected because of that; the bright colours suggestive of summer, the pool, swimming, the beach and the fun we had with the project.
