Kwok Tan, Memories Of My Father (BLACK & WHITE 2021)
I had just returned to Australia after leaving a career that had taken me overseas for over a decade. To reconnect with home, I started to photograph the city. Not long after my return, I lost my father. During my walks I would catch glimpses of him. A shadow, a reflection, a silhouette. As months passed, I tried to hold on to these fading memories but what remained was lingering regret.
