Daniel Sly, Miamira Flavicostata (ANIMAL 2024)

An enchantingly coloured sea slug, this miamira flavicostata nudibranch was a popular resident at my local dive site at Kurnell, Sydney. This series tries to capture the colours and shapes of this unique creature, focussing on critters sensory organs (rhinophores) and exposed breathing apparatus on its back.
