William Thomson, My Dad - The Farmer (Single Shot 2020)

My dad, Ian Thomson, at 65 years old has worked in dairy farming all his life. First growing up in Carlisle River and moving to Bungador (both farming regions in south-west Victoria) with my mum, Patsy. After finally getting myself and my four siblings through school, he’s ready to retire on what little he owns. As far as I can remember, he’s always worn a green, loose fitting shirt and a broken and worn out leather hat. Despite having many reasons to complain, I don’t think I’ve ever heard him enforce that stereotype about farmers.
