Peter Squires, Noctu Ligna / Bass Strait (Landscape (2018))

These photographs are from two ongoing series called ’Noctu Ligna’ and ‘Bass Strait’. I am drawn to create images of twilight into the darkness and still of night while exploring the relationship between the human psyche and the natural world. I hope to evoke a powerful sense of mystery and invite contemplation.
