Matthew Tuffield, Not a Cloud (Architecture (2019))
Last year I entered a series of fine-art architecture photographs that showed some beautiful and unique buildings that were captured with a long-exposure technique. This created a smooth motion blur in the clouds. Once again this year I tried to do the same, but unfortunately I had the worse luck! Each time I went out to take architecture photos, I had beautiful blue, clear-sky days! This took away the opportunity to photograph the effect and motion of the sky. So for this series I had to improvise; this time I focused on layouts, design and patterns. Enjoy!
