Theresa Lee, Petticoat Beauties (Art 2020)

As someone who cannot draw or paint, photography provides the ideal medium to express my love of art. I chose a mix of diffused light sources to softly illuminate each bloom against dark velvet fabric, with minimal post-production. My intention is to feature the petticoat beauty I see in a fully mature carnation, peony and ranunculus flower.
