Jordan Robins, Rays of The Bay (Animal 2020)
A series of 'over under' images, of Common Stingarees gliding over the sand flats as the sun sets over Jervis Bay. An over under is a type of ocean photo, where you can see above and below the water, captured in a single exposure. In this series I experimented using movement by panning the camera housing as I took the photo. The panning movement would cause water to move over the surface area of the dome on the front of the water housing, creating unique wave like effects.
