Mick Jones, Reluctant Heroes (PORTRAIT 2021)

These Image are part of my 'Reluctant Heroes' project photographing veterans. I work with the families to produce these images for them as mainly the 'subjects' are not keen to participate. However, the reactions I get from these guys when I present the prints to them and their families are inspiring and humbling. Fills me with respect and pride.
