Lyndall Gerlach, Salmon Ribbons (OPEN 2021)

Making the ordinary, extraordinary has been my purpose for a while now. Ribbons fold and twist creating shapes, transparencies and passages of light that create a beauty that one would not normally notice or see. I have purposefully toned the images to create a feel that I hope will engage the viewer more deeply into the sensual nature of the images.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
