Dean Maguire, SHELF LIFE (BLACK & WHITE 2022)

It had been quite some time since last photographing the Turimetta / North Narrabeen rock shelf. Not only was it a wonderful time rekindling that relationship with the location, to have many fond memories flooding back makes the morning that much better. Once the images where on the computer, I thought it be cool to compare my very first images captured to what you see now. Apart from the long exposure aspect so much had change. Composition, subject choice, exposure selection to name a few. It is truly humbling to look back and see how far you have come, while having the foresight to see how much you still must learn.
