Annette Kirby, Sibling behaviour (Doco/Photojournalism (2019))
While observing the huge brown bears in the the Alaskan wilderness I was fascinated by the behaviour of two siblings. I was told they would be around twelve months in age. Just like two puppies they would wrestle and play. Then one would go in search of a salmon and if successful the other one would come and fight with the one with the salmon. The fights were vicious but only lasted a few minutes before one emerged with the fish and went off to eat it. Not long after they would be back playing.
