Polly Morgan, Sky (Landscape 2020)
This has not been a typical spring or summer, and it is reflected in these 3 images of the changing Melbourne sky at sunset. The first image was taken looking over the Brighton beach boxes in November 2019. The second was taken in early January 2020 near the Brighton baths, when the winds had first started blow the smoke from the bushfires down to Melbourne, and the final image was taken later in January at St Kilda pier, after a storm had cleared the smoke that had covered the city over the previous week.
Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
