Christy Camp, Stand up (Portrait (2018))

These photos show portraits of my 15 year old daughter who is a mental health ambassador for her peers. She has a strimg sence of social injustice and stands up to bullying. She says stand up, stay true, and be you. The photos display her youth character and her strong belief in anti bullying. Her uncle beau is also pictured her bond with him maybe the cause of her drive to stand up for other. The beach images reflect the calming feeling of letting go of bad feelings. Washing them away.
