Christine Rocher, Summer Rain (BLACK & WHITE 2025)

Theses photographs are a study in contrast—shadows and light. A summer rain has swept through Rome, turning the cobblestone streets into mirrors of the past. In black and white, the city seems frozen in time, yet alive with the rhythm of raindrops. The city, usually a swirl of color and heat, is distilled into its purest essence—shapes, light, texture. In this monochrome moment, Rome is not just a place but a feeling, a whisper of history, a love letter written in rain.
