Nilmini De Silva, The Bell Maker (BLACK & WHITE 2025)

While in Chania on the island of Crete, we were able to get an insight into the culture of this island on a local tour that saw us visit the homes of local artisans. One such visit took us into the home of a bell-maker. It was fascinating to watch this man at work in a tradition that spans many decades in remote Greek villages that are a little outside the well trodden tourist trails.
