Nilesh Choithramani, The Industrial Dreamscape - Steampunk HQ (BLACK & WHITE 2025)

Oamaru's Steampunk HQ is a world where history and imagination collide - a fusion of Victorian elegance and mechanical grit. Through my lens, I sought to capture the raw textures, and surreal artistry that define this industrial dreamscape. The interplay of rust, light, and shadow brings the past to life in an alternate future, where every machine tells a story. These images invite viewers to step into a realm where creativity knows no bounds, and the echoes of steam-powered innovation still linger in the air. These were captured back in October 2024 when I was holidaying in NZ.
