After photographing the Clare Hotel, Broadway on her last days as a local waterhole for locals and ever present sea of university students, I was invited back by the owners to photograph her in all her recently refurbished glory. A sea of detail - the Clare Hotel has lost none of her interest in her transition to being the Old Clare.
