Icelandic horses are at one with their wild and moody homeland; they're soulful, silent and a bit shaggy. They have an enigmatic inscrutable gaze, whether they're looking off into the distance along the Icelandic marshes or have come up to take a look at you. They're perfectly adapted to this land of grey drizzly days and streaky skies.
