Peter Ogden, Too Much Lake (LANDSCAPE 2023)

Jindabyne is the gateway town to my happy place - Kosciuszko National Park, in Australia’s Snowy Mountains. But Australia’s natural world has done it tough the past few years and the floods of the past 12 months have had a severe knock-on effect with the lake’s level. On the foreshore of Lake Jindabyne that is all too evident. The waters rise and fall regularly but the last year has just seen it rising as floodwaters push the shoreline ever higher.
