Kay Armstrong, Vessel (Art 2020)

I have reimagined my identity after a 30 yr career as a dance artist to embrace new visual languages through mediums of drawing, painting, photography, film and photomedia. Within my new practice, I am exploring the idea of hybridity – transformation, duality and polarity. I endeavor to create psychological spaces that unsettle, embody movement and unravel questions I have about the world.
