Mabel Quai Hoi, Wings and Whispers (ANIMAL 2024)

Creatures of the Antarctic Skies and Amazonian Wilds; I recently had the pleasure of exploring the secrets held aloft by the incredible creatures that call these diverse ecosystems home. From the frozen landscape of Antarctica, I had the good fortune of timing the capture of this Northern Giant Petrel attempting to take off on the water. The Amazon rainforest highlighted the resilient spirits of the avian and animal inhabitants thriving beneath the lush canopy. The Hoatzin rhythmically dancing on a branch and a Side-necked turtle being harassed by butterflies.
