Ben Sanford is a 19-year-old self-taught adventure photographer, based in the Blue Mountains, NSW. His images are layered by adventure, lifestyle, sport, and travel subjects. His goal as a photographer is to capture events, people, and places that the world has never seen, and to provide the opportunity to share them with those who are not so fortunate. He is constantly searching for wild, remote destinations, and offbeat landscapes, with the aim of exposing the humble placement of the human in contrast to nature’s’ magnificence. His work has been shared in various publications, both print and online, including National Geographic Adventure, Rock and Ice Magazine, Vertical Life, ROCK, and The Cable Magazine, amongst others.
